The brilliant, bad and so sad of family wealth interactions.

An “as much fun and informative as we can make it” workshop on the why and how families sink or sail through succession, business partnerships, aged care and estate plans.

  • Brain traps and how to avoid them
  • Claytons vs real communication and understanding
  • Why relationships are the cause and measure
  • The importance of building family preparedness
  • Setting healthy and realistic expectations and avoiding the not equal/fair trap, and
  • Oldgen, young gen strategies including tax tips and traps and what government programs are available

The course will be presented by Rob Brown. Rob Brown is a specialist family business and strategy adviser with Peppin Consulting based in Deniliquin. Rob is one of a small number of advisers with qualifications in people, commercial and planning, and with more than 30 years of learnings from assisting families navigate the “mad and so sad” - disputes, differences and challenges across succession, estates, business and family fallouts and aged care, and the brilliant side – families proactively communicating and planning for good outcomes.
