About this Event
Breathing is one of the most simple and effective ways to manage your body.
It has a major influence on your performance, your recovery, your sleep, your nervous system and your psychological state.
The Science Of Fitness Breathing Workshop aims to teach you both the what and the how when it comes to breathing.
The workshop will be limited to 20 people and delivered over four consecutive Friday evenings starting on February 12th with the final session on March 6th, each lasting between 60-90mins long.
Ticket price: $100 covers all 4 evenings including refreshments and take home program.
