The Blueprint to Self Love

Self love is not something you force or perform. It’s something that naturally emerges when what has been ignored, judged, or carried in silence is finally met with compassion.

This conscious class brings together everything you’ve explored throughout the quarter. Inner child awareness. The parent wound. Reparenting yourself. Breaking generational patterns. Reclaiming your power. Self love is the integration of all of it 🤍

In this session, you’ll explore how unhealed pain keeps repeating, not to punish you, but to be acknowledged and released. You’ll be guided to make peace with what has been, soften self judgement, and begin relating to yourself with kindness rather than criticism.

Self love does not mean excusing harmful behaviour or bypassing difficult emotions. It means accepting your humanity, understanding your journey, and choosing to meet yourself with honesty and care.

In this class, you’ll learn how to:

• Understand why what isn’t healed continues to repeat
• Release self blame and harsh inner narratives
• Cultivate self compassion without complacency
• Make peace with the past without being defined by it
• Identify what lights you up and reconnect with joy and aliveness

This session supports forgiveness of self, not as a single act, but as an ongoing relationship with who you are becoming. It invites you to stand in wholeness rather than self improvement.

This class completes the Healing the Relationship with Self journey and prepares the ground for healthier, more conscious relationships with others.

The session is delivered live online via Zoom, with a replay available for registered participants for 14 days.

This class is educational, reflective, and experiential. It is not a replacement for therapy, but a supportive space for integration, compassion, and embodied self love.
