Meeting in the Artist Studio ready for a 9am start

Open to all ages and stages of artists – 16+

CLASS OUTCOMES

Participants will be supported to work through a technical step by step process to create portraits and will get a practical understanding in the use of the materials.

All participants will go away with a completed drawing, a workbook and the necessary tools and skills to continue with their portrait practice.

ABOUT

Brett Belot is one of Australia’s premier Sports and Portrait Artists.

His original artworks and fine art prints hang in many private and public collections in Australia and overseas. His passion for sport and art provides him with a unique perspective to capture the heart and soul of the people he paints and draws in his finely detailed portraits.

His current series of portraits “Superstars and Signatures” is influenced by growing up in a small rural community in Central Victoria where the superstar athlete was revered for their influence on and off the sporting field.

Brett is also a passionate Art Teacher who loves to pass on his skills and knowledge to those keen to master the art of the portrait!
