FAQs

Can I dress up in my amazing HALLOWEEN or 90s/00s decade fancy dress? OMG YES, seriously if you don't you will be totally disappointed! There is a best dressed competition and other immersive FUN for those that get their costume on! Check out pics on the Facebook page from other events for inspiration......After all, this is Australia's BIGGEST OUTDOOR HALLOWEEN dress up PAAAARTY!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? This event is strictly 18+, ID must be shown on entry. Tickets are non-refundable.

What is the "Reserved Seating Area"? The Reserved seating area is front and centre to the stage! The people in this area will have exclusive access to dance in front of the stage, and also chairs and tables are provided on a first come basis. If you have reserved seating tickets, please enter through this line at the event entry to receive a wristband. It will be clearly signed with PINK flags.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking will be available on site, we recommend car pooling or catching the bus. There will be a pick up/ drop off area for Uber/Taxi, please follow the traffic attendant's instructions in the car park.

We strongly suggest you catch the bus to avoid traffic delays. There are pick-ups around Melbourne and Lilydale station. Return bus transfer timetable and ticketing here. Staying locally? Contact Wombat Tours & Transfers on info@wildwombatwinerytours.com.au – availability may be limited.

What can I bring into the event?

  • A chair or picnic rug. Seats are provided with the Reserved Seating tickets.
  • A clear sealed or empty plastic bottled water (still or sparkling) up to 1.5L in size. There will be free drinking water to keep you hydrated at the event.
  • Card as this is a cashless event
  • A soft cooler bag with ice, if you plan on drinking bottle wine! Soft cooler bags up to supermarket size only, no hard/large eskies allowed.
  • Your event ticket, either printed or shown on your phone at event entry.
  • A reusable plastic wine cup, to help the environment! (if you plan on drinking bottle wine)
  • Sunscreen and a hat, poncho and a raincoat- This is an outdoor event, and there are limited undercover areas!
  • It will cool off when the sun goes down, so please come prepared with a jacket, as there are NO PASS OUTS once you have entered the event.
  • The spookiest/coolest/most imaginative Halloween or 90's/00's Decade Fancy Dress!

What are prohibited items?

  • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Including juice, soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks etc
  • Metal cutlery, including cheese knives
  • Sunshades, tents and tables
  • Umbrellas
  • Glass, including wine glasses
  • Pets (other than guide dogs)
  • Beanbags, blow-up air chairs or lounges
  • No hard cooler boxes, including eskis etc....Soft cooler bags up to supermarket size only!
  • There will be a security check at the Entry Gate and prohibited items will be confiscated. If you are found bringing alcohol/drugs into the event, you will be refused entry and your ticket VOID.

Can I bring Food and Drinks into the event? There is strictly NO BYO ALCOHOL into the event. Rochford Wines is a licensed venue and alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the bar for the duration of the event. All non-alcoholic drinks including juice, soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks are also prohibited to enter the event (the only exception is sealed or empty plastic bottled water up to 1.5L)

Limited BYO food is allowed to a maximum 26L soft-sided cooler bag (supermarket size) . There will also be food vendors on site, providing a range of delicious options including vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan. Hot drinks will also be available.

I can no longer attend the event, what can I do with my ticket? Refunds are not honoured if you are no longer able to attend the event. Tickets are transferable so feel free to reissue your ticket to someone else, and there is no need to change the name. Please use our trusted partner TIXEL if you wish to resell your tickets. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can either print your ticket or display it on your phone. As long as check in staff can scan the QR code, either way is fine.

Are there pass outs once I have entered the event? There is no pass outs or re-admissions to the event.
