Event description
Expanding on our earlier webinar on unconscious bias. It can be difficult to see, be aware of something when you are immersed in it.

About this event

We are pleased to invite you to a Webinar - 'The Bias Iceberg - going deeper with bias " - on Wednesday 1st September 2021. Join this session, which will expand your depth of knowledge on unconscious bias. This webinar will be presented by Bron Williams.

A fish is the last one to see the water.” It can be difficult to see, be aware of something when you are immersed in it.

As Grace Tame has eloquently advocated this year “Conversation leads to education. Education properly informs to create change and reform”. At WGHA we invite everyone, all genders, to attend this deeper dive into Unconscious Bias to increase the education and conversations within the industry.

Raising education levels around bias leads to a greater capacity for broader thinking and action to create positive outcomes for women.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This webinar is designed for everyone, all genders and at all levels within an organisation. We encourage a 40:40:20 gender balance at our webinars.

• Date: Wednesday 1st September 2021

• Virtual Event: delivered with Zoom

• Time: 1200noon- 1300 AEST
