Description

How do bees see? Where does honey come from? How do flowers use colours, perfumes and shapes to attract bees, butterflies and other pollinators? Kids will discover all this and more on a creative and fun visit to The Calyx and the Garden.

Kids will also get to make a bees-wax candle, look for different pollinating insects on a guided garden walk, taste honey made in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney and plant a bee-attracting plant to take home!

When: Weekdays, 15 - 20 January 2018 | 10:00 - 11:30am or 12:30 - 2:00pm
Cost: $20 per child | Foundation & Friends Member $18 per child
