Description

Join Darren on the 3rd of August for an evening of cycling-specific exercise. Darren is a qualified personal trainer and very knowledgable on all things cycling. He will be covering the basics of cycling strength and conditioning, in a fun, interactive and engaging environment. You will learn about flexibility, core strength, and muscular strength & conditioning.

When: Thursday, August 3rd, 2017. 6pm - 7:30pm.

Where: Bicycle Express on Halifax St

Who: Darren Buckby, qualified PT and Precision Fit Specialist.

What to bring: a yoga/gym mat, and a keen attitude!
