About this Event

In collaboration with the iconic Hotel Sorrento, this intimate ticketed event will celebrate Australia’s finest local and specialist seafood supplier, Clamms, to create a memorable and delicious dining experience on the stunning Mornington Peninsula this Australia Day long weekend.

Guests will enjoy exquisite waterfront views from Hotel Sorrento’s outdoor Salt Bar featuring interactive seafood stations, live oyster shucking and roving canapes to be professionally paired with wines from the prestigious Portsea Estate. A refreshing and creative assortment of Spritz, cocktails and beer will also be available to guests, complementing the fresh and crisp flavours prepard by Nick Mahlook

To celebrate the Australia Day long weekend in style, Hotel Sorrento’s skilled team of mixologists and bar staff will be greeting guests on arrival with a modern and refreshing St Germain Spritz made up of Grey Goose Vodka, elderflower liqueur and finished with prosecco. Throughout the night, guests can quench their summer-time thirst with premium local wines and an array of cocktails including fresh basil and gin spritz and a lychee and lemongrass martini.
