Master the Art of the Tart in this 5 hour hands-on tart class that will bring your pastry making skills to a new perfection. Pastry Chef Tiffany Jones will help you uncover the secrets of how to make a crisp pastry for luscious sweet and savoury tarts. You will learn everything you need to know about rolling and lining techniques, blind baking and how to prepare the ingredients for filling.

Mushroom Truffle and Pecorino Tart
This class includes a lunch snack and refreshments.
