About this Event

Reframing is a technique used to help create a different way of looking at a situation, relationship or set of circumstances.

We all have a stuck story running somewhere or a reason as to why we are not moving forward in our life, our career, in love, leadership and often even in our own very justifiable loss.

This introductory class on the Art of Reframing will not only explore the reason why you are feeling and believing yourself so stuck, but will also help to creatively, supportively and comprehensively guide you out of the confinement of your current perspective and into a mindset of opportunity, possibility and action.

Also known as cognitive reframing, the essential idea behind it is to enable a person's point-of-view to shift.

When the frame is then shifted, the meaning not only changes, but the thinking and the behaviour will often change along with it.

By learning the art of reframing you will be able to experience every single aspect of your life in a dramatically different way.

As a mindset and resilience expert, performance coach and grief educator, join Vashti Whitfield as she masterfully, humorously and creatively weaves together the neuroscience of motivation, the essential steps of migration from stuck to empowerment and reacquaints you with your capacity to turn challenge into opportunity.

If you can't make it at the specific time scheduled, don´t worry, you will still have 48hrs to experience the class yourself.

What will help you to get the most out of this class:

Writing material, A4 preferably and a glass of water.

We recommend avoiding typing but encourage you to take notes to capture your insights, questions and any specific points that you would like to action.


We will be using ZOOM to host the Webinar. Zoom is free to download and you don´t need to sign up for an account to join a webinar, a link will be sent to you to join the class 24h before the scheduled time.
