For many of us, meditating regularly and being mindful in each moment sounds great in theory, but then life gets in the way.

We find ourselves going through the motions. Caught up in the frantic pace of our lives. Expected to to work harder, perform better and get more done without being given more time. As a result, we often feel caught in a web of our own thoughts, feelings and emotions.

But what if there was a way to not only manage our own emotions and feelings, but also cultivate greater joy in the moments of our lives? Not waiting for the weekend to come or our next holiday, but finding clarity, calm and compassion in this moment.

Led by Manoj Dias, this intimate workshop explores the simple yet profound practices of Mindfulness and Meditation and how we can integrate them into our lives. Ultimately allowing us to become the best, most vibrant version of ourselves.
