Description

Charcuterie – an all-encompassing term describing prepared pork delicacies such as terrines, rillettes, pates, saucisson and sausages. Originally used as a means of preservation, and a stalwart of the French kitchen, today charcuterie is enjoying a renaissance worldwide. Join Damian as he demystifies this wonderful art form and also shares with us some traditional relishes and pickles to complement your charcuterie board.

This is a hands-on workshop & involves working in small groups to learn, cook & prepare dishes eaten for lunch under the guidance of the chef/presenter.
