Join us as Peter Hack discusses the four great department stores established in first few decades of the 20th century on Nanjing Road in Shanghai
Peter will be exploring their connection to Chinese Australian merchants and the founding partners of Wing Sang in Sydney’s Haymarket.
He'll also reveal some of the stunning objects that one of these merchants brought back to Sydney in 1936.
