The Appreciative Leader Accelerator - Southern Hemisphere
Event Information
Description
This is not a voice over slides webinar, rather a master-mind candid and convivial conversation.
And unlike most webinars there's no silly sell at the end either, or at any time for that matter.
When two or more people with a shared-purpose gather together a third mind - the master-mind, is invoked.
The purpose of this gathering is to accelerate your Appreciative Leadership.
The Appreciative Leader has one primary intention every day - to fully appreciate and get the best out of themselves and other people.
The Appreciate Leader knows that fulfilling this intention fulfills the purpose of leadership - to create more leaders, and the number one role of leadership - unleash and enhance people's gifts (talents).
When more people are leading and therefore being accountable - the best business results can be achieved without the personal costs normally associated with high performance.
The agenda for this gathering is open. All you need is your camera and audio activated on your computer or mobile device, and your heart and mind open, and a willingness and generosity to share your experience.
If you're not yet familiar with who Appreciative Leaders are and what you do please watch my videos and read my handbooks in which I explore the key and proven principles that you can implement in your own best way, to be an Appreciative Leader.
A great place to begin is by downloading The Appreciative Leader Manifesto.
You can access all from here.
Places are limited for this event to enable everyone to have the opportunity to share.
Please telephone me on 0418 807 898 should you wish to explore your participation further.
Best regards

At the start of 2015 it became clear on the road ahead for my business we were facing some serious challenges.
We had just purchased the Budget franchise and were experiencing inconsistent business results, some big rental agency changes, and some poor staff attitudes had crept in.
I had heard Ian speak at a function in 2014 and I had been impressed with the message of his talk that day.
Ian has worked as a mentor to me for the last 14 months. He's also run sessions and worked 1:1 with my staff.
We've made several small shifts in how we conduct our business that have made a significant difference with my key people, how we work, and to our results.
