Description

The ASIST workshop is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first-aid. ASIST teaches participant to recognise when someone is at risk of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety.

Participants do not need any formal training to attend the workshop. ASIST can be learned and used by anyone aged 16 and older. Please note that there are limited places for this workshop.

The workshop dates are Tuesday, September 25 and Wednesday, 26 September. Light refreshment will be provided. Participants must attend both days. The certificate will be issued on completion of the two-day workshop.
