This practical workshop focuses on the nuts and bolts of rent reviews across both retail and non-retail assets. It is designed to help practitioners understand the different review mechanisms, apply them correctly, and manage the process with confidence and clarity.

The session takes a practical, operational approach focusing on process, timing and documentation rather than legal theory and highlights where careful attention is required to minimise risk.
