This practical workshop focuses on how to read a commercial lease from a property management perspective, not a legal one and translate lease clauses into clear, operational actions.

Participants will learn how to identify key clauses that affect day-to-day management, what needs to be actively monitored throughout the lease term, and where operational discretion ends and legal advice is required.
