A disciplined onboarding process prevents most downstream problems in commercial property management. When key information is missing, misunderstood or not reviewed at the outset, issues tend to surface later often as disputes, compliance gaps or unmanageable risk.

This practical workshop focuses on how to onboard new commercial properties properly, whether they are newly appointed, inherited from another manager, or transitioning from sales or development.

Participants will work through what should be requested, reviewed and clarified before management formally commences, and how to capture and document risk early rather than discovering it mid-term.
