This practical workshop focuses on managing the end-of-lease process methodically, from reviewing make good obligations through to final inspections, contractor engagement and the correct return of lease security.

The session takes a practical, operational approach, addressing the real issues agencies face when tenants push back, works are incomplete, or properties are left in poor condition.
