Arrears and tenant insolvency are unavoidable realities in commercial property management and how they are handled can either protect or seriously expose an agency.

This real-world, blunt workshop focuses on what property managers need to do when rent stops being paid, warning signs are missed, or owners delay critical decisions. It cuts through theory and concentrates on early action, lawful responses and disciplined documentation.

The session takes a practical, operational approach, clearly setting out what property managers can and cannot do, and highlighting where agencies most commonly drift into professional indemnity risk.
