Join the Australian Book Designers Association on Friday 3 June to celebrate the most original and beautiful book designs of the year.

This year, the awards party returns to Melbourne at The Craft & Co, 390 Smith St, Collingwood and we invite you to join in the festivities at ABDA's first live annual awards event since 2019!

Our master of ceremonies for the evening will be Michael Williams, Artistic Director of the 2022 Sydney Writers’ Festival.

Doors will open at 7pm with formal proceedings commencing at 8pm sharp.

The awards evening will also include the announcement of the Designers’ Choice awards voted for by ABDA members on the night.

What does my ticket include?

• The first 70 ticket buyers will receive a beautiful ABDA Tote bag. The bag is a collaboration between ABDA and The Jacky Winter Group, and features an exclusive design by illustrator Ilya Milstein.
• An ABDA 'surprise cocktail', sparkling wine, white/red wines, beer and soft drinks
• Delicious grazing platters and a selection of hot and cold canapes
• The Australian Book Designers 2022 Catalogue featuring the winners and shortlisted designers of the year PLUS a special 70th Anniversary Catalogue edition.
