Because you can't remember the last time you were kind to yourself.
All that changes on February 17.

On February 17 (Random Acts of Kindness Day), we're doing something radical:
We're being kind to ourselves.
Not for a month. Not with elaborate rituals. Just one day. 12 hours. 12 simple acts of kindness.

8:00 AM: Receive your first prompt: e.g., "Drink your coffee sitting down. No phone. Just you."
Throughout the day: Get gentle reminders every hour with one simple act of kindness
12:00 PM: Join me for a midday check-in
6:00 PM: Celebrate together in our final live session
8:00 PM: Reflect on your day and commit to continuing
Each act takes just 2-5 minutes. No elaborate routines. No time-consuming tasks. Just simple kindness.

P.S. — A Personal Note
I created this challenge because I used to be the woman who was kind to everyone except herself.
I would stay up late helping others while ignoring my own exhaustion. I would say yes to everything while my own needs went unmet. I would feel guilty every single time I rested.
And I was miserable.
It took one small shift—one act of self-kindness per day—to change everything.
