Introducing The 21 Day - Get Your Positive On! Program.

Did you know that for people to thrive and improve they need 4 times more positive feedback than negative?

Yep. It’s true.

This means that people who want to create a highly productive and thriving team, or a strong family unit or a better relationship, need to get good at giving positive feedback at least four times more often than they give constructive feedback. This is contrary to what many of us believe. After all, it’s all about improving our weakness, closing the gaps and lifting our game, right?! Well, yes and no.

If you let people know what they are doing well, then they are likely to repeat the desired behaviours faster and better than if you focus on weaknesses alone. It’s about how we are motivated to change. It’s not just applicable at work, either. We can use this same concept at home.

We need to know what we are doing well so we are able to do more of it.

We feel valued as a result.

It improves our personal and professional confidence, grows our relationships with the people giving us the feedback and helps us grow and develop as a person. So it just makes sense right?

Noticing what people are doing well does not come naturally for everyone. Giving them the feedback on these things are even less common. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

If we want it and need it. Then others do as well. So let’s learn how to get our positive on and make life and work a better place for those around us.

Not because they deserve it. But because it’s the right thing to do.

What does the program include?

Starting from the Monday the 24th of October we will progressively work through getting our positive on with people in our lives. Whether they be from work, family, friends or your community.

  • You will regularly receive content to read or listen to that will give you tips n tricks to help you get your positive on. It will challenge you to improve the quality of your feedback and the impact it will have.
  • You’ll become part of an awesome Discussion Forum on Facebook where people can share their thoughts, challenges, wins and even epic fails. Georgia will be there to answer any questions and share more insights.
  • You will be able to do your own diagnostic (Self Assessment) to see where you were at when you started the program and what has changed post program.
  • With your $21 for 21 days you will be contributing to a charity that makes a difference. We have chosen Beyond Blue for this challenge as we love the work they do to reduce depression and anxiety. 100% of profits will go to this charity.
