Description
Most of you will have heard our CEO’s announcement this morning about our focus on Thanking Customers. This will play big part in helping to support CBA’s strategy & direction under Matt Comyn’s leadership & to achieve this, we will require your assistance as per the below.
EGM Action overview
- You will be required to contact customers who are halfway through their home loan repayments.
- Each call will be focussed on thanking our customers and informing them we will be refunding their annual package fee as a reward
- All calls will be made from our Parramatta call centre.
- EA’s – We would like your assistance with prioritising & allocating time in your EGM’s diary for this, details to assist you on how to secure your date and time are below.
To support you through this, we have organised for a Direct Lending expert to sit with & assist you during the call process and to help you prepare, you will each receive briefing documentation ahead of your scheduled session.
