Going through the process of dismissing an employee is a challenge that most HR professionals and business owners will face during their careers.

In these situations it is important that employers ensure they are aware of their legal obligations so as to minimise the risk of an unfair dismissal or general protections claim.

This half day workshop will provide a refresher on the fundamentals and subtleties of termination of employment which all HR advisers and managers should be familiar.
