Get ready to groove and move your body in this fun and energetic workout session. This is a great opportunity to stay active, meet new friends, and have a blast while getting fit. No dance experience required! Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a towel, and a water bottle.

Registrations for the entire 8 week program are essential. Walk-ins not permitted.

Note: All participants will be required to complete a pre-exercise screening prior to participating in the program. Please complete here as well as the Baseline survey found here. Please note, these must both be completed prior to participating.
