About this event

TEQ is pleased to welcome researchers and brand strategists 'The Lab' as part of our Special Invite Series.

COVID-19 has forced travel-loving Australians to change their ways. With international travel out of bounds, and a yearning to get away, people are looking at domestic holiday destinations with fresh eyes. However, with so many great Australian holiday experiences vying for a share of a now captive domestic market, it presents two big challenges:

1. What can we do to ensure Queensland experiences are at the top of the list; and

2. How do we best deliver to the changed needs and preferences of the post-COVID-19 traveller.

During this 30-minute session The Lab will deliver insights from their COVID-19 brand navigator - a multi-lens, national sentiment tracking study - sharing an overview of how COVID-19 has shaped Australians’ outlook and what this means for the tourism and travel industry.

Please register your attendance by 9am Tuesday, 25 November. Webinar link and details will be made available and emailed to registered attendees prior to the event.

The session will be recorded and will be sent out to registered attendees following the session.
