Would you like to be able to provide better support for tenants experiencing a housing crisis?

This workshop will cover:

  • An overview of the most common tenancy issues.
  • Clarification of what your role might be in giving tenancy support.
  • Skills to determine when and how to seek expert tenancy advice.
  • An introduction to relevant sections of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Vic).
  • Tips on how to help tenants maintain their tenancy.
  • An overview of the new RTA Amendments (legislated Sept 2018).

Who Should Attend?

All community sector employees and volunteer workers.
