The Tenancy Skills Institute has been hard at work with the Real Estate industry to design a course to help better prepare people for their tenancy. The Tenancy Skills Institute is creating ‘Tenants of Choice’.

We developed a tenancy skills course in partnership with property managers, to enable all members of the community to be fully prepared for a residential tenancy. 'Skillsets for Successful Tenancies' is a course that educates and supports tenants to develop the skills they need to sustain long term and successful tenancies.

Graduates from the program have proven competency in the skillsets identified as vital by property managers, giving them a competitive advantage as they begin their rental journeys.
