Description

The College of Asia and the Pacific invites you to the opening of Telling Tales: A Look Inside the Asia-Pacific Map Collection. An exhibition that draws a selection of stories from the Australian National University’s rich collection of maps.


To open the exhibition Professor Nick Evans, Director of the ARC Centre of Excellence for the Dynamics of Language will give a public lecture in the China in the World seminar room at 5.30pm.


Following which, Professor Simon Haberle, Director of the School of Culture, History and Language, College of Asia and the Pacific will officially launch the exhibition. We invite you to join us for drinks and canapés to celebrate.


The opening will be held on
