Tech Help One-on-One @ Emerald Library

Book in for a one-on-one tech help session with a member of the Myli Emerald Library team. These introductory sessions are aimed at increasing confidence in the use of computers and mobile technology. Each session will run for approximately 30 minutes.

Our team can assist you with a range of basic questions including –

• using eLibrary resources including using e-books, e-audiobooks, digital magazines and newspapers
• using email
• using social media
• Smartphones, tablets and basic computer use

Please bring along your device if you have one and any relevant passwords or email addresses.

* Please note that we are unable to assist you with accessing personal information such as bank accounts, passwords and financial transactions. If you are filling in a form, we can help you navigate the interface, but we cannot advise you on how to answer any of the questions.
