About this event
Tech Futures: Applying the genius of Da Vinci to business and enterprise
For the first time in Australia, community, business and thought leaders will participate in a conversation about Leonardo da Vinci’s most important legacy; the capacity to generate new ideas.
Coinciding with the Da Vinci’s Machines exhibition at Bendigo’s Discovery Science and Technology Centre, creative industries panelists will come together to explore how the genius of Leonardo da Vinci can be applied to contemporary business and enterprise.
This 60-minute interactive session promises to be thought-provoking, inspirational, uplifting and fun. The forum will explore Leonardo’s technical brilliance alongside his personal attributes of curiosity, observation and reflection, imagination, determination, courage and collaboration.
Join us to reflect on the importance of collaboration, creative thinking, experimentation and failure at the intersection of science, art, reality and fantasy.
A rare opportunity for people working and studying in the creative industries to experience and be inspired by Da Vinci Machines and use the interactive exhibition as a springboard for new ideas and/or processes.
Guided tours of the exhibition will follow the discussion and the forum will be live-streamed.
