Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

Whether it's been 20 years or 2 years since you've journeyed with TEAR through our exposure experiences program, we know that it has had a significant impact in many participant's lives.

Come and reminisce with old friends and other DEEP, InDEEP and Tweso participants and be inspired in your faith and justice walk.

There will be a special opportunity to hear from amazing story teller CB Samuel, TEAR Associate Fieldworker and former CEO of EFICOR India on how to continue translating your experience into a sustainable life journey.

We would love you to join us for dinner, to come together with other particpants from your DEEP and to connect with others whose lives have been changed through a TEAR exposure trip.

Tickets are $16 and will cover the cost of a meal. Please register today and invite any other alumni to join us!

Remembering back ...

"I simply wish to remember; every smile, every story, every prayer, and to not return unchanged.”

“We went on TWESO 19 years ago and it’s amazing to think how those learnings and those approaches that we gained influence the way we live today…"

“Going on In-DEEP changed my life completely! The world wasn't the same afterwards! “

"If you haven't ever heard CB Samuel talk before, YouTube him asap. We had the most epic talk today at EFICOR about what he thinks the Bible says about mission and the church in regards to the poor. Even just how he articulated what the Bible says about the poor and the environment was [insert appropriate word here] (I'm still so gobsmacked and amazed and thankful for his insight.. Can't think of the right word to describe it yet!)”
