----------------

In order for a team to succeed, every member has to step up. Learn how to lead an effective team in this new session!

Communication is crucial - in this team, you need to create a psychologically safe space, be on the same page and define what done' means.

Come along for a playful session on learning agile tools to prioritise workflows, develop reflective practices and reach a 'definition of done'. Leave understanding what you need to create a high performing team.

Learning outcomes:

• Recognise what is needed to create a high performing team

• Understand what makes a team culture 'agile'

• Learn agile tools to support prioritisation of  work flows, development of reflective practice and reach a 'definition of done'

----------------

This RMIT Activator learning experiences are delivered using team-based, challenge-based and experiential pedagogies. Facilitators will lead group activities, reflections and practical application of skills and knowledge. Slide decks, posters and reference materials will be used when necessary.

Not many things of quality are free in life. Signing up is a commitment to attending on the day, and a commitment to learning. We expect you to arrive on time and stay the duration.
