Event description

Description

We work with high-performing Teachers who are focussed on learning, innovation and diversity in the classroom. They have incredible ideas but often feel a level of frustration because they're so bogged down in the day-to-day demands of school life, feeling the pressure of ever-increasing mountains of work and are in need of strategies and self-reflective practices in order to create the classrooms they want for their students; and for themselves.

We're here to give back to Teachers by providing actionable strategies to create the systems and structure needed for quality teaching and student outcomes. We re-align them with why they’re teaching in the first place; focussing on student engagement and the art of Teaching and Learning.

Our four dimensional model includes:

- Cultivating the skills of Conscious Leadership

- Promoting and implementing positive classroom behaviours

- Establishing meaningful connections with Millennial students (without compromising the quality of their work!)

- And building an environment for Professional discussion and collaboration

Teachers are provided with the strategies, mindset and mentoring needed to not just 'make it through' their years in the classroom but to 'make an impact' during this time. The Teach with Impact outcomes include:

- Improved leadership skills through self-awareness and classroom presence

- Application of specific Behaviour Management strategies

- Enhanced student engagement and classroom behaviour

- Understanding Teacher communication styles to develop meaningful connections with a diverse range of learners

- Participation in a Mastermind session to identify and suggest strategies to approach current classroom concerns

- Ongoing online support and collaboration in professional discussion

- 1-on-1 mentoring session with Lead Trainer (at a date prior to the event)

- Optional free of charge Staff Talk for your school

'I've been using some of your strategies since the meeting and have had amazing success.' - Renee, 1st Year Teacher

'I learnt a lot about how our students process information differently. It made me think about how I communicate and interact with my students and how I can do that in a more diverse way that will appeal to all of my students, not just some of them.'- Jenna, 2nd Year Teacher

'My classes have been so much easier! THANK YOU' - Adam, 2nd Year Teacher
