I have worked with Heirloom's Head Chef to put together a selection of their very best tapas dishes. This menu of eight tapas dishes includes;
Salmon Yukke - Japanese style salmon tartare
Omakase Sashimi - Chef's special sashimi platter
Assorted Skewers - King prawn, chicken & leek and pork belly
Izakaya translates to "Sit and drink place" meaning the dishes are to be shared and paired with a complimenting drink.
With an extensive selection of sake, local and japanese beer & wine and Australia's largest collection of Japanese whisky, you are sure to find several fantastic options for accompanying beverages.
