Local Connections' October Tasting Night features Thomas Wines. Their wines have been carefully matched with Head Chef Alex’s canapé and three courses of seasonal and regional ingredients. The vision is to create a time and place for staff and students to invite friends and family onto campus to experience what is becoming one of the Hunter region’s most exciting dining experiences.
