Tasting Australia Blackboard Menu Application Form

Town Square is the hub of Tasting Australia located in Victoria Square. The Town Square represents the public space for regional exhibitors to promote themselves and their produce for the duration of the festival however we would like to offer alternative options for venues to become involved in the event.

We encourage local restaurants, bars and cafes throughout South Australia to participate in the Tasting Australia Blackboard Menu by creating and promoting a dish specifically for the event. This dish will feature local South Australian produce and the producers to showcase what we do best here, in South Australia.

The Tasting Australia Blackboard Menu is designed to extent our reach and encourage visitors to the event and to South Australia to further enjoy the eating and drinking experiences South Australia has to offer.

One of the major aspects of this initiative is to create a long term benefit to the regions and restaurants outside of the event itself. We are working to provide an opportunity for you to engage with our audience to increase the economic benefit to industry and state throughout the year, not just during the festival.
