Taste of Sydney Collective is a new festival in a unique venue down at The Cutaway, Barangaroo Reserve. Experience four days of exclusive chef collaborations, exciting one-off dishes, a buzzing food hall and surprising live experiences. Visitors will be met with an unparalleled culinary adventure that will make them rethink the regular food festival.

TICKET TYPES:

Taste Entry Pass*: Entry and a Taste tumbler to use for sampling throughout the festival. Children 15 and under enter for free.

Tanqueray Ticket: Entry, a Taste tumbler & a bespoke Tanqueray cocktail - the Tanqueray Elderflower Collins from the Tanqueray Terrace.

Drink & Dine Pass: Entry, two signature dishes from one of the restaurants in The Electrolux Collective Kitchen, a drink (beer or wine) and a taste tumbler to use for sampling throughout the festival.

The Residence Pass: Entry and an exclusive, hour long, seated experience at The Taste Residence presented by Singleton Whisky which includes an aperitif & digestif by Singleton Whisky, 2 courses with paired wines. Join David Thompson from Nahm, Bangkok for an unforgettable culinary experience. You will need to choose your session at checkout. On top of that you will recieve 2 dish vouchers that can be redeem at any of the restaurants in The Electrolux Collective Kitchens and 1 drinks voucher that you can use from selected producers in The PlayGround
