This pure water is copper potted and distilled with botanicals sourced from the many growers who live here.

Treat yourself and cure the sloe week Wednesday blues and explore how the gins are dialed up and down, and combined with various botanicals to create different layers of taste for each variant.

Tickets include a gin cocktail or Peroni on arrival along with canape, a tasting of five variations of Tasmanian Gin, 3 set courses and a sneaky surprise guest maker with a tasting of their gin.
