This must-attend webinar series with parenting educator, Michael Grose, and expert sexual health nurse & educator, Vanessa Hamilton, is invaluable for parents, carers and teachers. Learn how to have open, honest and age-appropriate discussions with children about body safety, sex and respectful relationships.

Over two evening sessions Michael & Vanessa will cover the following:

Age appropriate childhood sexual development and behaviour
• How to talk to kids about sex
• Common parent myths and fears
• Benefits of teaching sexuality from a young age
• The impact of our sexualised society on our kids
• A guide to addressing curiosity and sexuality questions
• How to teach body safety and the prevention of sexual abuse
• How to encourage respectful relationships
• How to communicate the harms of internet pornography to your children
• Basic human rights regarding sexuality and how to empower children
• Answers to your questions

These light-hearted sessions will show you how to teach children in a positive way, to promote healthy sexuality from childhood for the rest of their journey through adulthood, and how to tailor information to your family needs. They will leave you feeling positive and empowered about the task ahead.

Participants can ask questions and will receive a downloadable handout with key points from the sessions. Both sessions will be recorded for participants to access at a later date or catch up if you miss one.

For parents of middle to upper primary through to adolescents.
