We have created a wonderful 90 minute escape from the comfort of your homes, and take part in this event as you would a live audience… as always, our aim is for you to get the most out of this training so that you feel supported, seen and heard during our time together - with all that’s happening in the world around us right now, we need this level of connection more than ever.

Chrissy will take you on a Mindfulness journey and share the importance of becoming consciously aware by taking a pause, bringing your awareness to your breath, whilst being guided through a mindful meditation to connect with your inner self and connect with your mind, body & soul as one to bring balance and focused attention into your life!

Then Dee will be talking through the importance of getting in touch with your emotions, so you are able to better connect with yourself and others in a way that you may have never been taught to in your life...
