Description

Asia Society Australia and the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) join together at Bloomberg to look at diversity in Australian business leadership.

Using AHRC’s recently released report Leading for Change as a backdrop, moderator, Tim Soutphommasane, will lead an intergenerational conversation between established leader Ming Long and emerging leader and Gen A participant Jessica Wirawan.

The panel will look at how the current generation of business leaders can set the culture now to ensure greater diversity in leadership for the next generation and how equal representation in business leadership is not just a moral imperative, it is also a matter of business sense.

This special event will officially launch Asia Society Australia’s GEN A young leadership program (more) and is open to members and guests of Asia Society Australia and Gen A participants.
