Background to the project
The aim of the Talent Flows project is to understand the flow of globally mobile talent and how NSW compares internationally on net talent movements (gain/loss). Findings for the project have been compiled from various sources including surveys undertaken by the United States Studies Centre, and Advance.org, and Indeed.
Roundtables
The IPC is proposing to co-design solutions (using the findings as a base) with corporate executives, recruitment professionals, diaspora/repatriates, and policy professionals. This will be done through two, 3 hour, roundtables to be held over lunch in the first and second weeks of December (lunch will be provided) - each roundtable will have different participants. The first will be used to develop some solutions and the second to test the solutions developed.
