Join us for a morning of simple Tai Chi, Qigong & Meditation practice amongst the beautiful trees of the Botanic Park.
Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise to improve balance, flexibility and body control.
Qigong is anceint Chinese health care system used to promote the healthy functioning of the body's vital systems and longevity. The session will conclude with a mindfulness meditation.
Beginners and experienced practitioners Welcome :)
What to bring: Rug or Yoga mat or chair for the sitting meditation
Cost: Free. However if you feel this service was of value to you we do accept donations which go towards furthering our initiative :)
