Tai Chi uses slow moving exercises and breathing to concentrate the mind, relax nerves, tone muscles and improve balance. Originally developed as a martial art, Tai Chi is now more popular for improving general health and scientific studies show that regular practice benefits a range of conditions. Tai Chi is a proven way of coordinating mind, body and breathing to focus attention and give clarity of mind. Type: Yang. If you are new to Tai Chi, please enrol in the Introductory Workshop. Please enter through the side door. Please wear comfortable clothes & bring a water bottle.
