TAFE SA is working with Think Human, a South Australian consultancy company, to develop a set of student experience journey maps. These ‘maps’ will help TAFE SA to improve the student experience.
This session will look at the administrative parts of studying at TAFE SA. It will explore your experience of things like fees and loans, travel and logistics, and other things you need to do which aren’t directly part of the study.
This is a chance for you to explain your frustrations as well as the things that work well, and contribute to improving your experience here at TAFE SA.
Registration is open to all current students who have entered TAFE SA through SATAC. Participants in a session will receive a $20 gift voucher as a thank you for their contribution.
Think Human is running additional focus groups looking at the following areas:
- Starting Out (Finding information & Deciding, Applying & Enrolling, Getting Set Up)
- Day-to-Day: (Learning, Support Services, On-Campus Experience, Online Experience)
- Regional and Rural Experience
Please note, registration is limited to 2 focus groups per student, with priority given to people who have not attended a session.
