Burnt eggplant and tahni, carrot hummus, broccoli rocket and roasted garlic pesto with toasted pita

Sourdough with Olive oil and balsamic

Roasted butternut pumpkin with sweet spices lime and chilli

Prawn pear and rocket leaf salad with lemon vinaigrette

Marinated lamb with coriander and lemon

Roast saffron chicken with hazelnuts and honey
