About this Event
Table et Terroir is a concept mixing good food and culture, as well as providing great locally produced food, we will also have a local artist performing during the lunch creating a jazzy cosy atmosphere for all of our guests.
We will host Meg Corson for our first event of Saturday 31 ST October.

Appetizer
-Potatoes croquettes, green curry condiment, red onions pickled in rosehip and hibiscus.

-Coleslaw
A classic coleslaw of cabbage, carrots and soaked currents with cumin seeds, grapefruit and a citrus mayo.

Main course
-Broccoli and mint cream, textures of cauliflower, beetroot, broccolini, pickles, lavender breadcrumb
Contains dairy.
Dessert
-Rum baba, mango, dried coconut, tonka whipped cream
Classical French dessert consisting of an individual cake soaked in a sweet rum-spiced syrup.

-Wagyu brisket carbonnade, pommes anna, textures of kale, pickles, robust porter chocolate beer gravy
Wagyu brisket from Sinclair Meats Ballarat slow cooked in the robust chocolate porter from The Taproom - Shedshaker Brewing with spices and Castlemaine honey.
Layers of thinly sliced potatoes baked with clarified butter and then seared in a pan. Crispy outside but melting inside.
